"Worst experience. Spent 2 summers trying to find the leak, spent thousands of dollars. Had me replace functioning equipment , keep the pool open until November, never returning to repair leak, then advising me to remodel pool for 40,000. Avoid this company!"

"I Have been a Pool operator for 7+ years which includes maintaining and updating numerous commercial pools. At the current facility I work at 2 out of the 4 pools have been leaking for 20 years and 10 years. Each pool company we have contacted and worked with were unable to pinpoint and fix the issue. I Heard about Ultimate Pool care and after reaching out I had one of the owners on location within 5 hours of the first phone call. After walking around and assessing the situation I heard the magic words "we will take care of it". The next day we had the estimate for the repairs which were more than reasonable. We gave the green light and within the week we had trucks and the second owner on sight overseeing to make sure it all goes smooth. Within 6-7 hours they had pinpointed and fixed both pools. It is clear that Ultimate is the true one stop shop for everything pool related."

"I Called them to service my Salt water generator , which had an error message. They came and sent me an email stating that my current salt water generator was unrepairable and they would have to replace it with a new system. Total cost $3100. That system is the Chlorsync C30 which sells everywhere for $1100. I already had plumbing and electric from previous system, would take an “experienced” tech an hour tops. They advertise $175 an hour. How are they charging $2000 for install?!? 11 hours??? I had nothing to lose, so I opened my “unrepairable” unit and notice right away 2 wires that had be damage/corroded. I just plugged in 2 new wires from Home Depot and everything ran PERFECT. I have no pool or electric experience and Total cost was $3 and 20 minutes. But yet this dishonest joke of a company wanted to charge be $3100?!? You guys are totally incompetent, lazy or thieves! Hopefully this review will keep these guys from trying to rip someone off again."

"I was scheduled for June 13, 2022, to have someone from this company come to summarize my pool. They were here at my property for one hour. When we got home, we noticed that they had not put any D.E. Powder in filter which is needed for the water to get cleaned. We called the office and asked if this was done to see what they would tell us. We were told that there was D.E. put in filter when in fact there was none. They lied! Their young inexperienced technician also noted on his worksheet that my pool would be ready within 4 days, (false) they never met the deadline. They never showed up after Monday, June 13. Never called me or emailed me. When I called the office and spoke to Dawn to find out why they had not returned to continue cleaning the pool, she told me they were “short staffed” and "may" I quote: "may" come back either the next day, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. On Friday, June 17, I received an invoice from them in the amount of $450.76 for a one hour visit to just pour chemicals in my pool while no show and my pool water still GREEN. We had removed the pool cover ourselves, installed the pump system with filter and all ourselves the night before. They did not install any rails, pool latter, etc.as their "technician" had checked on the worksheet. Thankfully we have cameras. Yet, they want to charge me $250 for work we did ourselves? All their young Tech did was throw the switch and pour the chemicals within one hour and never came back. When we called and spoke to Dawn the second time to get an explanation on the $250 charge and explained their technician never did the work, she responded with "we would need to confirm this with the tech and if that is correct, then the charge for $250 would be a "service call" $250 for the guy to just show up at my door" Friday, June 17, I get a call from someone else in their office to tell me they are coming to vacuum my pool and that the vacuuming would be a separate charge. I asked: How can you possibly vacuum my pool when the water is GREEN and you cannot see the bottom of the pool? No answer! I sent them a video of my green pool water. If the water is not clear it will take hours of vacuuming which would incur a high expense to the customer. All professional pool companies ask you to make sure your water is clear before they begin the vacuuming process. What was also remarkable was when Dawn told us that we, “The homeowners” were supposed to adjust the chemicals, which begs the question as to; why did we hire your company for then? Our water is green because “we didn’t adjust the chemicals?” I guess they ran out of excuses at this point. This has been the worse experience ever. I do not recommend this company. These are not professionals. A total disappointment. I canceled all further services with this company. Horrible customer service."
