"Dennis and his son Russell visited my home in the Summer of 2022 to quote on a pool repair. I also booked them to close the pool. They closed our pool and promised to repair the leaks in the fall but never showed up. Then called and texted endless times for appointments which were always committed in fall, then winter before freeze, then Spring. At one point Dennis called to apologize for not showing up and said they would come in 2 weeks and then never showed up. again after many texts and calls they promised to come and never came. Today 30th of May they now say they cannot come this Summer and all other companies are booked. They may be a "nice or small family company" but the string of broken promises, lack of professionalism and the difficult position they have put us in with our pool is truly unfortunate and just wrong. STAY AWAY as certainly their word cannot be trusted."
