Fresh Green Light Driving School

Fresh Green Light Driving School, located at 1495 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, Connecticut, has been voted the "Best Driving School in Fairfield County" by the Fairfield Magazine Readers Poll for three consecutive years - 2018, 2019, and 2020. The school offers online classes for students starting on their 16th birthday, with a required Parent/Student Class as the first session. Driving lessons consist of four 2-hour sessions, all starting and ending at the Fresh Green Light facilities. There is currently a 4-5 week wait for driving lessons. The school also offers an all-day Adult 8Hr course at their Darien location, as well as a 30-hour course divided into 15 two-hour classes, all offered online through Zoom. Students can attend up to four hours of class per day when school is not in session, and scheduling of driving lessons can be done online through the Student Center. A 24 Hour Cancellation Policy applies, and students must have their permit physically with them during lessons. The school also offers the DMV Road Test at all of their locations, with advance sign up required. Upon passing the Road Test, students receive a temporary Driver's License, with the physical license being sent by mail from the DMV.
