"If I could give 0 stars I would... decided to buy cleats from here even though prices are a lot more competitive online. The cleats I wanted did not fit well in store, but the associate told me to take them home and try them with different socks. Returned to the store with the cleats and my receipt after only wearing them indoors per the associate's instructions and they wouldn't offer a return or exchange despite it clearly saying this was allowed on the receipt. Don't waste your money here!!! I'm now out $100 and have cleats that are too small."

"Traveled an hour to get there. Figured this was a specialty shop, so expected to pay more, BUT was looking for excellent customer service. Upon arrival, employees were watching tv and didn't want to be bothered. Asked questions, but employees were not interested in helping me and my daughter. One guy was high and drowsy. So disappointed and will never return."
