"Private beach club at the mouth of the Thames River in Groton with lockers or cabanas for the members. Beach is shallow and waves small but there is a large swimming area. The lifeguards are great. Very kid friendly and family oriented beach. Food from the grill is also available for lunch and dinner on the weekends. Shared patio space with tables and umbrellas. They have done a good job with social distancing precautions(one way walkways and spacing on the beach) and sanitation(hand sanitizer, wipes , and alcohol spray throughout)"
