"I went with my son to get basketball sneakers. My son want to try a pair on that we found he tried the left one on and went to put the right sneaker on and the control tag had the lace so tight he couldn't get his foot in . I went up and ask if she could remove the tag to the the shoelace out so he could try it on. Said rudely you can only try one shoe on at a time. So I had my son take off the left one brought her the shoes left and right and asked her to remove the tag so he could try on the right. She still told me No. I had to buy the sneakers for my son to try them on. I have 3 kids and we do basketball 7x days a week. Will not go back"

"Agreed with the other reviewers. Excellent customer service. I dropped about $190 on a pair of Jordans as a gift for my nephew and the associate caught a mistake in the shoe box before I left. The soles of each shoe was a different shade of white. I think his name was Sheldon. Thanks Sheldon! You saved me some headaches"
