"The prices are amazing and they have almost everything there from accessories to perfume coats to clothing even have home goods stuff there toys games and all kind of gadgets and it’s always busy Christmas was nuts the parking lot was jammed the month of December every day. Now that the holidays are over they still are busy so the store is doing something right it’s had much success there since it opened a good 10 years ago or more"

"We abandoned our cart and left because the line was so insanely long. The store was trashed. Stuff all over the floors to the point we couldn't even get our cart down some of the isles. Gave 2 stars out of consideration that it was the Christmas rush and employees just couldn't keep up. And because prices are always great."

"The place is absolutely trashed. They're going to end up with a slip n fall lawsuit if they don't start getting their stock off the floor. I've never seen a messier store anywhere, ever. That said, the staff who handled us at check out were super sweet and friendly and very professional. Hence, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2."

"This Burlington store, located in Worcester, is the most dirty and disgusting chain clothing store I have ever seen. I visited in May 2023. Items were haphazardly strewn about, on the floor and over the tops of shelving and garment racks. It was messy and disorganized. The worst thing though, is that the place was filthy. There were dust clumps on the shelves near the check out- even where food was displayed! My daughter suggested we buy the flavored popcorn that my husband likes, but there was a dead fly next to it. I didn't spot any employees working the floor tidying and assisting customers. Those working registers appeared robotic and shell-shocked. They didn't want to be there any more than I did, and it showed. The one saving grace in this place is that I scored 2 pairs of nice name brand sneakers in my size for $27 a pair. They usually cost $70+. I had to hunt through all the shoe aisles to find them, because the sizes were mixed throughout the racks rather than sorted, and a good number of them were piled up on the floor."
