"Gina, the owner of ISG, has been so kind and all of the instructors so encouraging. ISG has been a wonderful experience for my daughter."
"ISG provided a wonderful, supportive environment for my daughter to learn gymnastics. Cannot wait for them to re-open! Highly recommend!"
"I can’t say enough wonderful things about ISG. I have two daughters that go weekly. My older daughter has special needs (Down syndrome) and Gina/her team couldn’t be more welcoming or encouraging. They support, empower and inspire both of them…. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found ISG."
"Gina is great! She was helpful in my planning a bday party at ISG!"
"What I like about ISG is their focus on gymnastic with no frills or fillers. Owner Gina is attentive, friendly and highly hands-on. In addition to great space of well-maintained equipment and thick paddings, the reception space with cubbies allows grownups a place to observe without physically being in the gym space. (Suggestion for future upgrade would be to turn the windows into one-way mirror so the students are able to see their own reflections while in class.) As far as the class goes, there's no time wasting on music, song, bubbles, or clean ups; all the students received just straight up fun drills with a very gentle and soft spoken coach Shanaia from beginning to the end. We came for Friday open gym 12:30 - 1:15, and for a trial class 1:30 -2:15. My spirited child was engaged and had showed that she could follow coach Shanaia's verbal directives; something about Shanaia's gentle demeanor and firm attitude must really work with her. Within 45 min a small group of 1:4 ratio moved through at least four different stations with focus on warm up, trampling jumping / toe touch, rolling, landing, obstacle course, uneven bars, gymnastic rings, and balance beam. I've never taken gymnastics myself or learn any terminology, but I could identify movements related to gymnastic I saw during Olympics. All student received 1:1 hands-on instruction and attention, and caregivers are free to step in to assist with potty or as needed. Based on this experience I recommend ISG for parents looking for more formal gymnastic experience for their little ones."
