"Bouch does it the right way. He is focused on correct technique and requires effort from the athletes. My 2 kids are 13 & 14. They both started when they were 13. My daughter went to NDSU for training in MN while we were visiting family. All I can say is that because of the MB training she was able to step right into that setting and train with NCAA athletes and not look out of place. This type of training is what Universities are doing. Highly recommend"
