Some of the closings were difficult, but Attorney White always pulled through. I recently purchased a foreclosure via a 1031 Exchange. The closing attorney wasn’t always responsive and a 1031 Exchange involves a lot of paperwork and legal technicalities, so I was expecting the closing to fall through. Somehow, attorney White managed to close on time. In another instance, a resident of a condo kept using my carport. Attorney White followed up with a more extensive title review then informed the management company that I legally owned the carport. I offered to pay for his follow up efforts concerning the carport, but attorney White said that he considered the service as part of the initial title search.
