"Customer service is terrible! Let me tell you about my most recent experience. I went in to ship a return to amazon for which I had a text with a QR code. The kid behind the register was reading his phone. As I put down the box and got out my phone, he never looked up once, never greeted me. When I finally got the qr code out, he scanned it with one hand STILL SCROLLING ON HIS PHONE. HE NEVER LOOKED UP. He tore the receipt off and handed it to me STILL WITHOUT LOOKING AWAY FROM HIS PHONE. He never uttered a SINGLE WORD to me while I was there. This store in particular has always had rude employees (which in my experience is a sign of poor management) but this takes the cake."

"The manager at this store is incompetent. We closed our box since we relocated to Orange,CT. Instead of holding our left over packages or mail they simply returned everything to sender and have no records of what they returned. Avoid this store."

"Great spot. All kinds of services. Compostable to a staples business center. You can rent computer time, print, and even email labels for a small fee. They sell greeting cards, po boxes, packaging supplies. I went to return my frontier equipment (router, wires, etc...) easy process, giant need to package anything, just brought it in, they scanned code on my phone, handed me receipt and I was done."
