"I absolutely love that Coastal Crab has come to Niantic. Who doesn't love a crab on your shirt? I grew up in Rhode Island, and I miss the ocean life. This brings me back home. Nice Selection. Nice colors. I bought a sweatshirt zip up. Super Soft. I bought a sweatshirt for my boyfriend also. I love it. Although I love the clothing, I'm going to stick to just that. I bought an umbrella that looks like a wine bottle. I used a couple of times, and it fully rusted, and I had to throw it out."

"This small business owner is pathetic. As small businesses are far and few between nowadays , we need, as small business owners, to do our best to satisfy our locals. I went into return 2 shirts with receipts, no can't do that, she said!!! I have a receipt for both!! Well, that's our policy.....not nice poor business relstions. Word of mouth travels fast. Not worth the money for the logo. You can buy a better quality shirt or sweatshirt at Wal-Mart. As to the owner' response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SMALL BUSINESSES OWNERS , LIKE US, DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS...OR ARENOT SUPPOSEDCTO. NOT IN THIS DAY AND AGE I was not able to get in to return for a while due"

"Unhelpful and rude. Asked for a return with a receipt and tags still on product was a week old. The attitude I got was uncalled for! Website always has an error and very minimal products."
