"I always shop at the location on School street in East Hartford and I know all of the saleswoman. Well I'm upset to say that I won't ever shop at this location ever again. They were so nasty to me because my item broke and I wanted to exchange for another one. I told them that I put so much money into this business and they should never treat me like that.
