"I hate this location, the girls NEVER know where anything is at! Hire people with knowledge on products literally simple questions they should be able to answer’ then what make it worse they look at you like you stupid & never brought the product there that your asking for smh"

"I go here often to get crafting items. You will not find everything you need so plan ahead if you need specific tools or items. It's an overall good location to get things."

"I thought another location was avail? I went to this one anyway. ( Per Google maps, voice request ) When, I inquired where the spray paint was. She said in the back n off I went. The only item, I could see, that was locked up n way in the back was the spray paint. I said ok, that's fine. Then I did not see any associates working the flr. They were all upfront @ the register. Hmmm, ok. I had to go thru the rather long, checkout que to get to them. Hmmm, that was annoying. Once I got there, I was told rather plainly, "she'd get someone". I paused to wait, for an associate n was told to go back to the paint section . On my way back, I spotted the associate, who was going to help me. She said, are u looking for paint. I said yes. She said ok, we walked over to it. Then she said, I have to get a key. Hmm, She knew I want help with it. I had to wait again, for her to return with a key. Annoying ! She returned n opened one, of the 3 locked displays n told me the rest were down there (locked displays 2 & 3). I saw the color I wanted in display #2. She opened it. I made my choice n she locked them up n went away. No, "Anything else I can help u with ?". Indeed their was, so I had to initiate that conversation. She pointed to were it was. I said to myself, "Time to leave". So, I walked all the way back upfront. Only to see the same cashier. Who was now, placing retuned items. Back on the shelves. Hmmm, Seriously? I paid for my purchase. But throughout I was thinking. 'I'll try the competition next time". No one was rude or extremely unpleasant. I jus felt like my business was not their focus, that day. I should kno, After 20 yrs of Exec Mgt. in Retail (Food, Bnkg n Ins.) with fortune 500 Co's. 1st. time, last time. If the Manchester store was still there, I should have gone with my gut. Instead of letting Google Maps guide me. Lesson, learned !"

"They had just updated their inventory and thus their stock was updated and correct. This sucked for me cause they didn’t have the water-solvable fabric marker I NEEDED for the new craft I wanted to learn but just thought of 1 hour earlier. HOWEVER! I did find one in the clearance section so that was cool."
