"Hello everyone who reviews my ratings on a place, this one is a no go to place double c reality does not have knowledge of any of their own inventory and when you inquire about a property they are listing, they don't have the decency to even respond back to you and the one time I did get a call back from them, their was alot of dugh dugh,I'm not sure what's going on with the property, as you know all who has reviewed my reviews that I am honest and on the money, that being said I strongly suggest that you look up any other realtor and not double c reality. "Called towards the end of August for an apartment. Spoke with Luz Suazo. She told me she would have what I was looking for in about a week to call back on the 6th. When I called back no answer. Left a message and called back a few days later. She said she was in another country and just got back. She told me she was going to find out when she could let me see the apartment. After that never heard from her again. I called and texted tried to touch base. Woman literally left me on read. It’s the middle of September now. I don’t understand how realtors can be so unprofessional and not even get back to a client when they’re getting a cut of what I’m paying. Ridiculous. I will never work with this business again. Go to other real estate agents in the area do not come here."

"SUFIAN SAHA discriminated my partner and I. When we met Sufian we were the first to be shown the apartment, we seen the unit HOURS after it was listed online and loved it. My partner and I are two females, but I am the more masculine from the both of us. Sufian suggested when we met the landlord I should change the way I looked so the landlord would like me. His exact words "when you come back have your hair out long and pretty like hers (my girlfriend)" ON TOP OF THAT, he also suggested that we should fake it like we werent together and to pretend to have boyfriends. But once the apartment was ours we could do whatever we want. He also asked me how much I currently had in the bank account which I found a bit personal because that defeated the purpose of giving in my documents. I visited the office the following day and spoke to someone else about what happen. Just when thought things couldnt get worse, he called trying to negotiate the rent when it was originally listed for $1,500 on Trulia. His reasoning was because there were other people who offered more money for the unit, BUT said he couldn't disclosed with us that amount either. It's unfortunate such a beautiful unit, but a horrible "broker"."
