"I asked a lady that worked there " do you have this shirt in a certain size and she said let me clock in!" In a rude tone. Then I asked her for a price that was blocked by other clothes and she said "the price is right there can you see it!" Horrible shopping experience. To make things worse she's the store manager. Unreal."

"Very unhappy with this experience. They did not send an email or text message when my order arrived at the Norwalk store. I didn't receive a text message until over a week later and they had already sent the package back to the warehouse. Then when I arrived at the store, the manager said they didn't know what happened to it and asked if it was under another name because they never had a package for me there. Meanwhile, that store is the one that sent it back to the warehouse. I finally got a refund after calling customer service, but I would not recommend using this service at all!"

"Carter's is a good place to go shopping for the holidays to get your child clothes. They have some low price clothes that you can buy for your child and if you bring your child and they are bored their is a table to play at."

"Confusing sale signs that are often misleading. Staff are not very polite, but not all of them. There is a play table for kids with a lot of blocks and Legos. The store frequently does not have the sizes we need for our kids (5 and 1). Disappointing overall."
