"I made a purchase last week. Today is Saturday, I went to return it. girl staff at the front named Shay said "Jesus Crist" after I said "I need to make a return" Rude and judgemental. If journeys don't allow returns then make it a policy. It was my first time shopping with them and it will also be my last. People in this mall seem high strung meanwhile me and my family are just trying to survive in this world"

"Decided to check this place out because of the weirdly hilarious bad reviews. The music was at a decent level and it was not on blast like another reviewer mentioned. The manager saw us looking at some shoes and asked us if we needed any size. Even though my girlfriend confused him with the sizes he was still very helpful. The store was clean and organized, and every employee was working with a customer. So I’m left to assume that the previous reviewers were just Karens. And I was not able to find the employee who did a backflip"
