"This location always have great customer service but this 1 particular day was amazing. Whenever I come in I always greeted and helped. Right before Christmas I had an issue with an order online that after numerous calls was still not resolved. They suggested I go in store. When I arrived, they informed that it was an online issues. With a packed store and 2 associates the manager multitasked and called in with me until the issue was resolved. They're always willing to help, whether it's something in the store I need help with or online. If they don't have it they will help you figure out where you can get it from. If it's something the carry but it's out of stock they're order it for you and have it shipped to their store for free. Can't say enough about this amazing team."
"Considering the store was well organized the staff were ridiculous. They were rude, not very approachable, completely useless, especially when trying to locate a size. You talk to them and they turned around and walked away. I will definitely take my business and my hard earned money to another location. They were too busy discussing posts on social media in which I did not even care about. When I told the cashier I would take my business some place else, she seemed to think it would not affect the business when in reality it would."
