"I strongly advise against using this website: 1. There is absolutely no customer service, you can never reach them either on the phone or email, period! My account was locked on the 2nd or 3rd day after posting, tried contacting them several times via phone and chat and email...no response whatsoever! Sheer waste of time and money 2. They want you to pay for every option they entice you with. Don't fall into that trap. First you pay to post, then they say pay more to be listed as vip listing and then they say pay another big amount to get access to contact database; everything is on monthly basis. 3. Gave one star as there was nothing less than that rating. Stay away from this site."
"Diana T. is the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. My account was hacked, a membership purchased for $25 and emails sent using my name. Sublet refuses to refund my card, forcing me to dispute the charge with American Express. Had not used the account in six months when the hack occurred. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!"
"I can't believe they charge tenants to contact landlord. I can understand that they charge landlord to find tenants because that's promotion, but to sublet is kinda difficult these days and if there's a tenant who would love to contact a landlord it would be a blessing. No wonder there's no success for this website."
