"We spent a week on the Cape this Fall in this wonderful home. Great space for our group of 11. The home is beautiful, well appointed, and comes with all the stuff you need to ensure a fabulous stay. It's centrally located so running out to the store or going downtown was easy. No detail was overlooked. Very thoughtful outfitting so you can enjoy yourself no matter what you're doing. Pretty Picky Properties was responsive to onsite requests and helped ensure a seamless check-in/out process. Everyone in our group raved about the home and how comfortable they felt on the property. The outdoor decks were delightful to sit and enjoy a cocktail and chat. The backyard is a peaceful, tranquil oasis. Despite being located on a fairly busy street, the noise never bothered us. We would definitely come back."

"This home - "Why Knot" - was absolutely perfect for our family summer vacation! It easily slept the older kids in their own room with a bunk bed; our little one in the travel crib we brought in his own room; a comfortable master suite for the grandparents; and another large bedroom for us. The house was very clean and we loved how much indoor space there was, including the kitchen and family room (always good to have that space in case the weather isn't great, which it wasn't for us). The kitchen had all the cookware that we needed and the grill was great too - this is important for the Cape because the dining lines can be so long which is especially frustrating with young kids, so we ended up cooking our meals at home most days! Pretty Picky partners with a local grocer and we were able to have a huge order delivered and put away for us before we arrived our first day which was awesome. Having the pool (plus all of the floaties and such) there was huge for us, especially because we didn't have great weather but the kids will swim in the pool rain or shine. The pool itself was very well maintained and the surrounding area was very comfortable for us all to hang out. Of course, there's no Cape vacation without the beach, and you can't get all that much closer to one at this house! It was so easy to load the wagon we brought with the provided beach chairs, provided beach towels, sand toys, and our cooler for the 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach was never crowded and we had a great time. We'd stay at this property again in a heartbeat and couldn't recommend it enough to families looking for a fun and relaxing summer vacation!"
