"My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at the Sea Meadow Inn for our first wedding anniversary. There was so much to love about this place from the delicious breakfast to the cozy, homey feel. We had the best time! The owner was so gracious and helpful -- she gave us some recommendations for areas to check out and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!"

"I have been staying at B & B’s all over New England for over 20 years, and Sea Meadow is one of the nicest! The Inn was sparkling clean, in a great location, and decorated charmingly. Our room was up the stairs with a private bathroom located across the hall. We had no problems what so ever with the set up! The inn was full the night we stayed. However, we never heard a peep from any other guest all night long. The food was superb and Joanne went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! She was so friendly and outgoing! Don't pass this place by! It is a real gem! The Eldridge’s"

"The Sea Meadow Inn is an absolute gem! Joanne is so kind and friendly- everything you want to feel welcome is waiting for you at this B and B. This was my husband and my first experience to the cape and we felt so comfortable here, the room was absolutely charming and beautiful with it's own private bath across the hall, the dining area was so pretty with stunning views and we met Elsie who makes the most incredible breakfast- the hands down best omelet I ever tasted! Joanne was also so helpful when we asked her for recommendations for points of interest. There are excellent restaurants nearby and the Cape Cod Natural History Museum, beyond is a breathtaking hike through the marshes to a gorgeous sandy beach. This was a lovely stay and we highly recommend the Sea Meadow Inn!"

"There are lots of reasons Sea Meadow Inn gets 5 Star Reviews...it was a wonderful and memorable experience! Joanne the owner has paid attention to all the details to make this a perfect place to stay. The guest rooms are well decorated and have super comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and amazing showers. Plenty of room for two adults. There is a large bright breakfast room with plenty of seating inside and more on the back patio that overlooks the garden and plantings. The property is beautiful and filled with flowers. The daily breakfast has lots of options from gourmet eggs and French toast to their very special homemade granola and more! Afternoon homemade cookies are a welcome treat after a day exploring the Cape. Would highly recommend you pay a visit to Sea Meadow Inn in Brewster, MA!"

"Our stay has been nothing short of amazing. Jo-Ann is extremely hospitable and accommodating. Elsie is warm, pleasant, and will go the extra mile to make sure you feel right at home. Freshly baked snacks in the afternoon on the regular. Highly recommended. Beds are comfy, fans and personal central air control assure you won’t be too hot (which is always a concern for me), and the rooms are furnished very pleasantly. This is a gem on the cape and you should stay here. Quiet, quaint, and pleasant. A wonderful respite from the days activities."
