"After I took out the cockroach from pho soup, I figured the guts are probably boiled into the soup. Lost my appetite. Wait staff took it back immediately. We paid the bill and left. They didn't charge us for the cockroach pho. Kind of jarring, hopefully I'll just forget about this experience."

"The best Vietnamese restaurant arond this area. Clean, quiet, and service is also very good. I highly recommend No. 19, and of course the chef special spicy noodle soup is good.I come at least twice a week."
