"Update: Within 24 hours of leaving my original review, Manager Chrisma F reached out to me to invite me down so I could give it another try, and I'm glad I did. I was thoroughly impressed at the level of time and attention Chrisma and the team gave, and the quality of the sandwich was excellent. As a manger, I have always been of the philosophy that if a customer service issue arrives, my goal is not only to repair broken trust, but to leverage it as an opportunity to reinforce that trust through standing by my product and my word. It is very refreshing to see other managers executing that same philosophy. Because of the quality of the service I received, I am leaving 5 stars for this restaurant, and I am recommending to friends and family. Thanks for standing behind your service! "Went for dinners…if course had harvest nut pancakes. NO BOYSENBERRY syrup! I don’t eat regular syrup and this is the only place I get pancake…heartbroken…you need boysenberry syrup! The food was good…the tunes playing were good…. Kaylin was our waitress! She was fabulous! She is a real asset to your business. She was friendly, helpful and a great representative! SHE makes me want to come back! Kaylin should be given more opportunities within your company!"
