"I would give ZERO stars if I could. The lady at the register was not only rude but disrespectful… talking on the phone as my husband and I were trying to place an order and asking her questions on what consisted in the meals. We sat down and weren’t offered any drinks not even a cup of tea while other patrons were offered tea for take out orders (I’m sure it was because we didn’t look like they’re demographic). She also STOLE a 15% tip after my husband put down that there would be a $0.00 tip and drew a line through it on the receipt. She nor the establishment deserved a tip after the bland food and poor customer service. She did most of nothing to even WORK for a tip. The shawarma was terrible and had ZERO taste. I DO NOT recommend going here unless you’re anything race but black. Astaghfirullah"

"Ruzana is a hidden gem in Bay Ridge. I was floored by the quality and taste of the labneh, cheese sambousek and the mansaf. All were balanced in flavor and the lamb in the mansaf was truly cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and family-friendly as are the restaurant staff. I highly recommend Ruzana."
