"It took seven people to complete my brkfast order. Are you for real? I guess there is no unemployment problem here. More training should be put in place. P.S. Drive thru customers are NOT more important than shop customers. I was ignored for too long last week. Pls improve service at Route 83 Rockville store ."

"No one is coming to Dunkin for the exquisite cuisine but the service here is insanely efficient. Is the manager a former drill sergeant? I got through the line at 8:30 AM in a busy area all within the duration of one Billy Joel bop. I usually only eat here when I’m desperate but now that I know how convenient desperation is I’m sure I’ll be making more frequent stops. P.S. Lol at the review asking for Dunkin to hire educated people? Pretty sure no educated person is working here as a passion project for $15 an hour but prove me wrong"

"I Was Very Satisfied with getting a Fresh Hot Coffee with a blueberry muffin that helped me get Recharged after a sleepless night! It's not often someone gets a Fresh Hot coffee made to order though I was Very Satisfied with this Dunkin location because they have plenty of staff to help.i'm looking forward to coming back to this Dunkin again Very Soon!"

"You guys need to train your employees better. The customer service needs to be better! You have employees who are rude and don’t know how to properly take orders. Me and my best friend order one coffee and specifically asked for ice coffee. 1 the young girl was rude as hell acting like she didn’t wanna work and then 2 you have a young guy who spoke to my best friend rudely because they messed up her order. You guys need to hire older people who actually want to work because they both almost got dragged."

"Never have any complaints here. They always get my order right and are usually able to provide fast service. Whether it's a strawberry coolata or a frozen french vanilla it always comes out right. The sandwiches are made correctly as well. I recommend anyone to eat here."
