"I started my daughter in the beginning of 2023. She had amazing teachers and all around all the staff would call my daughter by name but soon things began to change all the good staff just disappeared overnight and they replace them with random people my daughter no longer felt comfortable or welcome there. We would walk in the classroom in, the Young caretakers would be on their phones and they would not greet my daughter. My daughter felt very uncomfortable and did not want to go there anymore. I decided to ask the young lady in charge of my daughters classroom if it would be OK if she greeted my daughter from now on she instantly gave me an attitude and called her sister over who is in charge of the class next-door they both began to give me attitudes while I was holding my daughter the pastor Kane and I told her what was going on. The pastor told the teachers to go back in their classrooms, and the teachers refused , when I spoke to one of the teachers, she shoved me while I was holding my daughter I called the cops in hopes to get her arrested for assault. Instead, they lied they told the police officer that they were sorry, but they would no longer service my daughter and left us at the end of 2023, leaving Me and my child’s mother with no daycare in 2024. We are currently scrambling to get her in a new program. I am highly disappointed in the entire staff. The pastor who runs this place I watched her turn a beautiful program into a house. I recommend all the parents pull their children out because the staff there is understaffed, and quite frankly, are not suitable to be servicing children."

"Besides my sons teachers In his daycare classroom Ms Naomi and Ms Talia, the staff there- specifically Twana has a horrendous attitude and is super disrespectful. Only time an apology was offered is when the director came back into office. The finance woman Lauren and Director ms Laurie did nothing but cover up and justify her actions and behavior when it was clearly wrong. If someone has an attitude, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to identify if you aren’t being spoken respectfully. These people represent a church as well which is extremely disappointing. Twana has no right to be speaking down to anyone parent with her attitude and rolling her head around at no one. I will never bring my son back here again. Completely shameful, and I won’t let NO ONE talk to me the way she did. No wonder my son cried every time she grabbed him at the door!! Finance lady and director are super fake, show a smile but completely negligent."

"Being as honest as possible. Loved my sons teacher (one of the many he’s been through in his short time at the center) and she is the only reason I give this daycare more than one star. Most of the other teachers most certainly do not get my stamp of approval -if it matters? (Speaking with 10+ years of working as a daycare teacher myself). In my opinion the teachers don’t seem happy or appreciated(based on conversations overheard just walking through the halls). It’s near impossible to get a hold of the director- not sure if this is her fault or the front desk woman? Either way it’s not great. For the price, they don’t offer much and did a terrible job moving kids up when it was developmentally appropriate (my son was in their infant program (6weeks to 12 months) until I pulled him from the center at almost 2) at which point he just wasn’t getting what he needed on an educational level. I could go on but I would be here a while."
