"This was my first time owning a Pandora bracelet. The whole experience stressed me out. The fact that a charm I paid $80 for and then it goes on sale for 50% off a week later really bothers me. The manager was nice enough to price adjust for me in the future if I ever purchase. I will make sure that I buy them on sale."

"If I could leave a negative number of stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I spent no less than 2 hours in this store with an Assistant Manager that was ABSOLUTELY no help at all. How can you have a gift card with proof of purchase and not be able to use it nor be allowed to switch out duplicate charms after spending over $2K in this store?!? I will never patronize this store ever again or Pandora for that matter. My husband bought me my 1st 2 bracelets and those will be my last purchases from Pandora if this issue isn't resolved and QUICKLY!!"
