"Just left this place , Walked in no greeting not even a hello. standing around waiting to be helped, when finally helped wasn’t even a hello it was , “your here for?”. Very dismissive no kind of friendly customer service, from every single staff there. A couple walks in gets the whole nine yards of hello how can I help you everything, the worker went as far as to walk over to them after they said they were just looking. You can see what demographic they help and pay attention to if you catch my drift. Wouldn’t recommend at all Zale’s has much better much better customer service and atmosphere go there instead"

"Two things you need to know to understand this review … 1. I’m getting married in January and we did not have bands yet 2. My engagement ring was broken for the second time and we had just left our nasty used car salesmen jeweler, so I was stressed and pissed when we walked into Jared. This is where we met Gloria the best women in the entire worl. She was amazing, honest, patient and really cared. She helped us find our perfect wedding bands all while setting up fixing my engagement ring and calming my nerves that everything would work out and everything would get here on time. From her style to her personality she was hands down one of the best parts of our entire wedding planning so far, she truly made everything so easy ! Jared is lucky to have such a wonderful asset as part of their team, and we are lucky to have such a wonderful jeweler… Finally :)"

"CJ and the manager are amazing!!! I got my engagement ring re-sized here (SAME DAY!!!) and they were both so lovely and talkative and answered any questions I had. CJ also helped me find my current ring size before she handed it back to the jewelers (thank god because it changed) and made sure everything was perfect when I came back to pick it up.
