"Wow! This may be my new favorite restaurant in Western Mass. We had oysters two ways, sticky ribs, grilled Caesar salad, the best fish and chips around, short ribs and elevated fried chicken (photo included). Everything was exceptional but the service was even better. Such a warm and welcoming environment. The chef stopped by, the manager and waitstaff had detailed recommendations and knew their wine list with all the notes (that means a lot to me). I’ll be back often!"

"We were a big party(10) who went for my mom's birthday. It was amazing. This is not 99, you are not going to have food in 5 mins. Enjoy your drink, have a good conversation and then indulge in some really good food! The vibe is great, I love to feel fancy but still be able to listen to lil Wayne lol. Everyone's food was amazing!!! We made sure to get all different things to try as much as we could. The goat cheese fritters, hummus, wings, fried chicken, salmon, shrimp, steak, rabbit all were decadent!! Every single desert, delicious. Thank you to jackalope for a great night."

"Food: So our visit, half of us liked our food. I was with 3 others. I had the braised short rib which I would recommend. The risotto was delicious and paired nice to make a balanced hearty meal. Another person had the Salmon Caesar and there were no complaints. The other two got the steak and it was not good. It was overcooked and unseasoned. The best thing on the plate was the spinach. We also got the bone marrow and it's good. Do the bourbon luge with it... a fun experience. I took pictures of all our dishes and have attached them. Service: Again... pretty much down the middle as a whole. We did really enjoy our waitress, she was very personable. She however was a bit slow on getting drinks (like 15-20 mins). I didn't order another drink with the others but by the time the drinks arrived... I had finished my almost full glass. She forgot limes and salt, we waited. We had got shots and waited probably another 15-20 mins before we asked someone else and less than 5 mins later, the limes and salt arrived. I love industry folk - I hate giving her a 3 for service bc we really liked her. When she was on - she was on. When she wasn't... she really wasn't. Drinks: Good!! Get the pomegranate margarita... it's very good. Atmosphere: Honestly, not anything special."

"Came here late after a gymnastics event we were working. They had 30 minutes til close and we sat at the bar. Tim, the bartender, was awesome the entire time. Drinks were excellent and recommendations were spot on! The food was killer too. Sticky ribs as an appetizer was delicious and the fried hair chicken w mashed potatoes and jalapeño slaw on the side was perfect. The cook personally came up to each table to check on their food being up to par while we were there. We come to this town twice annually and I guarantee you we will be back here nect time! Highly recommended!"

"Went to Jackalope recently for dinner. The vibe and ambience was great. The service was ok, it took over an hour for a burger I ordered. The Jackalope oysters were delicious but everything else was just mid. Really wasn’t big fans of the sticky ribs. The coating of ribs and flavor of the meat was a huge miss. Overall, not sure the food waits are worth the time."
