The whole process was explained to me as it was my first time there. I was surprised at the patience he had as he disentangle the mess of chains I brought in. I did browse through the jewelry for sale, their prices are fair and they have a nice selection, plus they do repairs and watch batteries. I was also surprised at the amount of money I received for the few items I brought in! I would definitely go back there whether I had something to sell or I needed a gift or wanted to buy some jewelry for myself or had repairs. I'm so glad I made the trip there!"
