"Hi everyone I purchased 3 items for 2600 a Franco chain, a pendant, and a bracelet chain and bracelet was ok the pendant cost me $800 dollars it came in a week and half when I seen the pendant with my moms picture it was HORRIBLE for 800 dollars it looks like it’s worth 300 and not even I went back to speak with the owner he was real rude and did not do anything about it. He then threw the receipt to me unprofessional the lettering on the pendant looks like a 2 year old wrote it and they made a r into a v and still yet he did not want to fix it!!! I told him I am taking him to small claims court I am not satisfied at all specially for paying 800 dollars and his response is the price of gold went up!! So not right I’ll see you in court Emanuel jewelry Ohhh and you get no stars!!!!"

"I would give zero stars if possible. I went in to go resize my engagement ring before my wedding and had a horrible experience! The jeweler was incredibly rude and insulted my ring asking if I paid $10 or $20 for, it, after ignoring his comment I asked what an estimate would be to resize it and he said "cien" ($100) said excuse me and he loudly repeated himself and said "what dont speak espanol?" Probably cause I'm brown, I took my ring back and left, he insulted my ring my language and expects to pay him for the service. Hope no one comes here."

"Brought 3 pieces to be fixed, 2 were done correctly, the 3rd was a piece a pendant of green amber that needed to be glued and ring to be changed to fit neck chain. The jewelery was returned with a piece of yellow Amber instead of green. I did not took a picture of it, so I could not prove it. He stole from me. LAST TIME I USED HIS SERVICE."
