"I tried to stay humble but I’m livid honestly. On 12/21/23 The lady “Kay” that work here in the west farms location needs to be fired. Not only did she mess up my 2nd lobe ear piercing and have to re pierce it twice, the second time she re pierced it, it still came out extremely uneven. My piercings are off by almost a quarter inch. I have to take them out and get them redone. This woman should not be piercing ears. Y’all DONT GO TO THIS SPOT. It’s not worth it."

"Today, 12/11/2023, I walked into lovisa at west farms mall, with my granddaughter. We were shopping for stocking stuffers. I have never been so disgusted in my life! I walked out not purchasing anything. The language that came out of the two heavy set females was very unprofessional. Not friendly and all that came out of their mouth was filth and it was very audible throughout the store. No greeting and no assistance offered. One of the females went to the back and came back with a ladder and sat on it, by register, because she was tired. I would never step foot in that store again but I will make sure I spread the word about the trash that works there and the atmosphere that made you feel like your business is not wanted either way."

"Card machine down on a Saturday morning, can only pay with EXACT Amount of cash. Ex: item $13.99 can’t pay with a $20 bill!! Lol you must pay exactly $15.01! Like really! and to top it off the items are WAY OVER PRICED! Asked for assistance with a gold single drop necklace and was directed to all the gold chains on the wall!! Will not be going back! Good luck with surviving in West Farms Mall"
