"I came here to engrave a pendant I bought my girlfriend for Christmas. So first they make you pay $20 for the engraving, but they told us AFTER we paid that the pen is broken for the IPAD. So I tried my best with the pen but it was useless so then I repeatedly tried with my finger and the employee Valentina just watched. Then Valentina told us we had two minutes left to try to engrave. We also weren't told prior to paying for the engraving that their was a time limit. I asked if we could just come back another time and she stated you said you didn't want a receipt for the engraving. So I said okay well can we get a receipt and come back when the iPad pen is fixed and she said it won't be fixed. Also I don't understand what the rush was when one employee was just sorting charms and the other was attending to one other customer and no one was in the store. It's disappointing after trying to have a special moment with my girlfriend. The customer service could be a lot better, if you don't like working the first day of the year, find a new job or call out sick."
"I went into this store the week after Christmas to resolve an issue I had with an custom engraved charm I had ordered several weeks prior. I had spent hours of time on chat, phone and email communicating with the online Pandora customer service about this order issue. I was in the store for 15 minutes they fixed the problem and helped me get a new charm! Everyone was so helpful and understanding of my frustrations with previous customer service problems. I will be doing all future Pandora shopping in this store!"
"I arrived at 5:15pm and the store closes at 6pm. I have a return and after standing in line I was told they were close and not taking anymore customers and that they weren't doing any more return today! The store doesn't close until 40 more minutes! Horrible customer service!"
"My ring broke with in three months of having it. My boyfriend brought it back and they told him they could exchange when they had the ring in stock. A few months go by and he doesn’t receive an email, like they said they would. So I took initiative and saw it was in stock. We drove to the west farms mall and this girl ( refused to give her name) said there was nothing they could do. I had to pull the warranty up to explain to her they do, do exchanges. So he got the manager and she gave us a phone number and refused to further help. Valentina (manager) was rude and very unprofessional."
"Went in to return and the person who helped me was very sweet- this isnt about her, she was amazing. The woman behind the counter, however, needs to re-evaluate if she wants to be in a customer service/retail setting. She was incredibly rude and could not be bothered with anyone around her. When asked where I needed to do the return she didnt even say two words to me she just pointed at the center of the store and rolled her eyes. Fine, whatever maybe she was having a bad day. A couple walked in wanting to look at a catalog and saw all of the other employees were helping other people and she said “you gotta ask them.” The couple said okay to which she got up, sighing loudly, kissing her teeth and gave them a QR code. Just disgusting demeanor and behavior. I mentioned something to the lovely person helping me to which she replied “yeah we actually get that a lot im sorry”- how is that okay? Knowing that everything gets looked over in Retail, this review may not do anything to move that store forward, im sure it does well without her and her attitude but maybe it helps her in figuring out that customer service isnt the job for her. Maybe she would benefit better from over the phone sales, or an inventory job where she wont have to deal with the general public. Wish the best for her and even better for the store she works in. EDIT** I called the number down below and the people on the phone rerouted me to a closed department every single time. Don't bother, dont waste your time."
