"Bought soup and fried rice. Was not satisfied. The soup....no ground vegetables or provision, cowheel was tough and the liquid was laced with fine leaf thyme. The fried rice had too much Chinese spice and Chinese sauce."
"The soup is the bomb. Casava and corn and so rich! The eggballs were something else! A hard-boiled egg surrounded by cooked mashed potatoes? Casava? And then lightly breaded and fried. So yum! And nice chicken and rice. Thank y'all!"
"This is the second time that I visited this establishment. The customer service was great but if you want your moneys worth don’t purchase food after 4 pm. I ordered a large chicken soup for 13 dollars and got mainly broth, one piece of corn, two pieces of soft dumplings and three small disintegrated chicken pieces. I was very disappointed. They should have been upfront and let me know the soup was mainly finished."
"Was in the area so we decided to support local. Ordered and paid for 2 bbq combo and only received one bbq chicken with our combos. I also ask my husband to get me some Channa it was ok until I found a hair in my Channa and it turn me completely off. That’s a big no no for me, we called about the bbq chicken and the staff wanted us to come next time and they will give us the bbq, also she was a bit rude with her tone of voice. They need better staff and to ensure everyone wears a hairnet and have their hair in a bun. The one star was for the Fri rice which was not bad in terms of flavor."
"One of the better restaurants on Utica strip. Literally go there every day at this point. Cannot get enough of their raisin rice and cow heel soup! If you need a good meal and the best soup in the mile radius you need to be there! Definitely worth your time and money. Don’t take my work for it. Go find out!"
