"I'm feeling grumpy about this place. Because my late father had a career with John Deere, I felt somehow I should buy a J.D. tractor/mower. I used it twice. It began leaking oil, which turned out to be a manufacture malfunction. The repair was under warranty (and took ages to get completed) and then I'm charged $130 to transport the darn thing. This doesn't feel right, since the problem was not my fault or responsibility. My whole experience there as been "meh" and I wish I never bought it."
