"This store looks run down. Showed up at 9:05 to the doors still locked even though they were supposed to be open at 9. Waited until 9:10 when the workers finally came to work (I thought they were just in the back of the store, but they hadn’t even arrived yet). I was told I couldn’t come in and needed to wait outside longer so they could open the register. Not an apology or any acknowledgement that there were people waiting on them. Got in my car and went to Namco. Won’t be back to Leslie’s. Horrible service and rude workers."

"As I walked up to the door the person was affixing this on break sign on the inside and locking it. I hope they enjoy their break because I just went around the corner to Namco and spent my money. Also if you notice the water testing has been broken all season at this location."

"I am torn here on how many stars to give. Realistically probably three and a half. They were out of most of what ai needed but that is becoming par for the course everywhere. Price of 12 bucks for a 3 foot hose seemed a little high and again, out of the longer hose. Girl at front was on the phone with someone she knew. It was hard to know when she was talking to me or that person. She was mildly pleasant but also mildly uninterested. Sort out how I feel reviewing this place. I wouldn’t recommend it nor would I tell someone to not go there if that makes sense. This business simply exists and they seem ok with it."

"Had what I needed. But trash on front lawn. Yes some new..but some you could see had been there for time now. Inside store was clean. Service was good. But lets clean up the place. Display pools still covered too. Not to much of up keep at all."

"Office staff quoted a pool opening far below what the technician was told to charge at the time. Store quoted their own technician a cost on a pump ($399) less that what they decided to tell him to charge after he had went a picked it up and came back to the house ($529) plus the additional $250 installation fee. Office did not mention a $35 trip fee would be added onto the pool opening bill and claimed the technicians would bring their own chemicals to open the pool. But the best part was after the technician left, I found one port never opened and plugged the motor in and it ran, clearly not needing to be replaced. So the technician spent the entire day at the house scratching his head trying to figure out how to hook the pump up until I offered some help and in the end we were charged for him taking the cover off. We should have saved ourselves the $385 and just opened it ourselves but having just bought the house we thought it best to let a professional company do it. We will be closing it on our own. This company doesn't know their prices, can't communicate properly with their staff and over charges. I gave them 2 stars because despite all that their technician was polite even if he didn't get the pool opened."
