"Just left the Springfield store on Boston Rd. 3/4 staff on the floor. No one greets me or offers assistance. Playlist playing sexualized loud music while children are in the store. Employees swearing dropping f-bombs while on the sales floor. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Would have left a negative star rating if possible. Very disappointing and unfortunate."

"This place is pathetic!!! I payed 130 for shoes that were worn and had someone else’s blood on them. After I payed 400 in total. This place is not worth your time. The store manager and the DM are unbelievable. They admitted to me on the phone, ( on their own recorded line ) that they looked at the camera footage, because I requested, and found no one looked at the shoes before selling, and lied. On top they feel big and bad because the store manager likes to get in my wife’s face. Just a bunch of crooks. “Come and spend money We won’t refund you” That’s the return policy."
