"Vernon Poolman damaged our pool with wrinkles all over the sides and bottom. They attempted to fix them but they coundn't.They came on our property uninvited when they told me they would never do that.. Now they have filed a false lien against my property. Terrible and faulty instalation. You should think twice before doing business with them. The solution is to replace the liner at no extra cost to me , but they never gave me an answer. Update: Vernon Poolman refuses to replace my damaged and defective liner."

"We were slowly loosing water for a couple of summers our original pool company were not providing any answers as to why charged us 400 to push the water around saying they don't see any thing how could you visibly see a hole/tear in 30,000 gallons of water smh !! The guy that they referred to dive the pool for another $400 referred us to Vernon pool man.
