"If I could give Marcos Jewelers 100 stars I would - I came in here this week after having a terrible experience at Nordstrom SONO to get links taken out of my Fendi watch. After Nordstrom told me to go to Kohls to get the watch adjusted (even though I paid at lot for it AT Nordstrom), I stopped in here because it was near my house. They are the most pleasant people. They helped me decide how many links to have taken out and had it done within 10 minutes while I waited. I also needed my wedding ring appraised for insurance and Andrew was able to do it for me within just a couple days.
