"I had one of those moments where I looked in the mirror this morning and said "OMG, I can't stand it anymore, I need to get my hair cut and colored. LM is always accommodating. I called at 9:45 and had an appointment at 10:30. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Since it was so last minute, I told them just a color and trim my bangs, but they brought to my attention I could use a trim as well if I wanted. I agreed and left the salon an hour and a half later."
