Rita helped me over the phone, she was so pleasant and kind. When I got to the bridal shop, I was warmly welcomed. The shop itself is beautiful, cozy and welcoming. It was a completely different experience. I didn’t feel pressured at all, which was where I went wrong with my first dress at a different location. Joanne was very knowledgeable, helpful and empathic. I wish I knew about the shop when I originally went dress shopping. She also recommended a wonderful seamstress who has been delightful!
