"My wife and I wanted to like 100 main, since we live in walking distance to it, but when we walked in one hot summer day, we were treated so coldly by the staff (including the owner herself), we were turned off immediately. It could've been the way we dressed (more for a hike than shopping) but since many people don't wear their affluence on the outside, we were surprised at being essentially profiled as a couple who wouldn't buy anything. Which of course we didn't at this point. As I said, it was surprising because this is a friendly, warm community. But I guess there's an exception to every rule."
