"Went in with my daughter and it was horrifying!! You walk through two doors as you enter…that’s when the smell hits you. And if that’s not bad, you get the full effect when you enter the store..ILK!! They have fine jewelry in they’re sign but with a nasty smell, dirty walls, dirty floors and peeling n cracked jewelry display holders they need to take that out of the name. Even IF the jewelry was nice and had high quality, I couldn’t get past all that and would soooo not buy from them. Simple carpet cleaner, 409 to clean the walls and some well placed air fresheners could go a long way. And you can buy jewelry displays on Amazon to make it look much nicer."

"Cheap gold . Got a 700 chain which started irritating my neck and the guy tried fixing it with a pair of pliers which caused further damage. You need a microscope in order to repair such jewelry and they don't have one. Stay away."

I returned to the store and they’re trying to charge me again for the fix. I explained to them that bin was just here less than 24 hours ago and that i don’t think i should be charged for the same link that they supposedly fixed.
