"This review is based on my purchase on Amazon & my direct contact with this seller. First time that I am writing a negative review for a seller. I purchased the wrong size jewelry boxes & requested a replacement or refund through Amazon customer service (for a third party seller). Please note that when I initially contacted Amazon - it was within the return period. The Amazon customer service rep never told me it was over thirty days. The first two correspondence to seller via Amazon - no response from seller. By the third inquiry from Amazon customer service - seller responded that request to return was made over 30 days so they would not send me a return label. BTW, I contacted "888" directly to attempt to resolve this situation. I was open to a replacement (for bigger size jewelry boxes) in lieu of a refund. Seller declined this request & instead sent me an email to pay for return label or keep item. I was planning to start a jewelry business which is why I was purchasing jewelry boxes from different vendors. 888 Display USA just lost business from a potential loyal customer!!!! I will never order from this company directly or through Amazon."

"No star for them. Terrible customer service. Not allowed to exchange anything. I come here as a business client and wanted to exchange something that I accidentally got the wrong size of. It was only a few days ago because I don't always go to Manhattan. I didn't even open the item. If I opened the item or used it, I would understand. I didn't even want to return the item, just an exchange for the size I wanted. Just realized I got the wrong size when I came home. They know that I bought from their store but they refuse to exchange without a receipt. Never buy from this store again. I just shake my head at the kind of customer service they provide. I've been buying from them since they were in a previous location and I never returned a single thing. I also go to most stores around there and all of them offer better customer service."

They understand your concern and try their best to help u out. U cant even get tired of it they have a huge variety of displays and everything u can think of. Prices are very competitive, and nothing beats going in a store and picking what you need, when you need it. As a business owner, very often you need supplies right away and cant afford the time it takes to make an order online and wait a few days for shipments. Strongly recommended!
