"Brought in a watch battery that other jewlers were unable to replace. Was told that the person they sent out to do watch work had retired, but they would take a look and do their best, but no promises, and it would probably take a few days. By the very next day, I received a text that my watches were ready (I brought two others to have their bands adjusted), and they managed to get the original watch battery replaced with no issue. Thanks to the entire staff at QG for their hard work and courteous attitudes!"

"I took a bracelet that was a gift there because the clasp was loose. This bracelet is made of steel but has sentimental value. I was worried they wouldn’t even want to look at it. They took it in back tightened the clasp and had me out of there in 10 min. I have also had a few watches worked on there. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
