I brought my white gold necklace there for repair because the clasp broke. My repair was going to cost a bit more because in addition to replacing the clasp with a new one, I also wanted them to solder the links next to the clasp to make it stronger. Since I needed a new clasp, and had no use for the broken one, the jeweler said he could buy it. I thought it was just 10K or 14K gold, and not worth much, but because of his honesty, he told me it was actually 18K, so it was worth a bit more! Since he bought the clasp from me, the price of my repair cost was much less and they cleaned it for free! Thank you Mike. Everytime I visit this store for a repair or watch battery replacement, I know I'm getting quality work done at a great price, and I never hesitate to go directly to them. They also have a great selection of all types of jewelry at different price points. So fun to look through ...more fun to buy ;) By the way ...don't think you're getting a great deal on 925 stamped Sterling Silver jewelry on these shopping apps whose merchandise comes from China. Mike tested a ring for me that was stamped 925 inside ...it was only SILVER PLATED! NOT solid 925 Sterling Silver! Should've kept my dollars spent in the good old USA!"
