"The worst experience I've ever had at any Marshalls Store, period. As i was shopping I saw a pair of shoes I really liked and they were the only pair in the store. The shoes looked used, worn, and scuffed. I was still interested in purchasing the shoe and asked a store associate(who was very helpful) if i could see a manager. She advised me 10% off is usually the most that they offer. I asked to speak to a manager because I loved the shoes. The manager came and took a look at the shoe and proceeded to tell me "this is how we receive the shoes into the store." The shoes had CLEARLY been worn (there was GUM on the bottom) and scuffs on the top around the front of the shoe, even the price tag on the shoe looked like it was a returned item. I said "are you sure, look at them" (I pointed out some scuffs and scrapes) She then said "yes we get them in like this, >>> I wouldn't even offer 10% off "
