"Our condo is 14 years old, and we felt that it was nearing time to look at replacing our A/C-heating system (gas heat, electric A/C) and our electric hot water heater. We contacted a number of providers of the systems. Glasco was the most helpful in helping us understand the various technologies, including gas, electric, heat pumps and hybrid solutions, and also provided information on various rebates and tax credits available. Pricing was fair and competitive., Installation was performed in professional manner, limiting the disruption to our routine. Enough crew members were provided to allow the installation within the one-day time frame promised. Special care was taken to keep our living areas clean, and the work area was cleaned up after they were completed. Crew was friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had in a friendly, informative manner. BTW, went with a gas/heat-pump hybrid heating system and electric A/C. The electric waer heater was replaced it a electric heat-pump hybrid unit. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who was interested in replacing/upgrading their systems."
