"Beware of John Hobby's scheduling policy. The hourly rate begins when the plumbers leave the previous job. In my case it took a good fifteen minutes ($55) for them to arrive. The scheduler told me that my arrival window was between 1- 4 PM, So when I returned home at 12:40, I was surprised to see the plumbers already at my door. In actuality I only had them for about 35 minutes for the $220 hour. I had three fairly simple jobs to do (clear a drain and replace two toilet fill valves), but they could only get to two of the jobs within the hour. I give them 5 stars for the quality of the work, but zero stars for their scheduling policy."
