"Came in earlier today for a cracked phone screen. I was unable to call, text, or email to make an appointment due to my screen being barely operable. When I came in, I was seen right away and told that my phone could be repaired and returned to me the same day. Staff was so dedicated to completing the job that they actually picked up the parts for the repair personally. I was able to get my phone returned to me later that night. Very professional and quick.
